MONEX reserves the right to deny, restrict, suspend, cancel, or condition the Client's access to the Site whether in whole or in part, temporarily or permanently at any time and without prior notice, if the Client breaches any of the terms and conditions set forth herein, engages in any act contrary to applicable laws, cannot be properly identified, provides false information, or for any other reason at MONEX's sole discretion. MONEX also reserves the right to modify the Services on the Site, and such actions shall not be considered a breach by MONEX, the Entity, or the corresponding Service Provider.

The Client acknowledges that not all Services will be available in all geographic areas, and that certain Services may only be accessed once the Client has requested them by completing the corresponding sign up, registration, or other requirement established by MONEX, the Entity, or the Service Provider, and by paying the applicable fee or commission, as the case may be, which will be outlined in the specific terms and conditions for each Entity, Service Provider, or type of Service.
